CTIdesk, successor of prevoius CTI Solutions software (Naso CC/Chromis REC/Anthias STAT) was released. It's completly new, web-based, software that covers all previosus functionality of our software plus new features including CRM features (advanced clients database, sales campaings, issue tracking). Everything in one, multilanguage, easy to use web-based interface.
We have added possibility to define minimum call duration on outgoing answered call to mark client as called (and remove him from "lost calls" list). Bu default it's 5 seconds, but you can define your own minimum call duration. Also some small modifications on Naso CC Agent interface were done (layout of items)
Starting from version 6.01 Naso CC can be integrated with Salesforce CRM
